Only if you are properly insured to drive that car. Passing your test does not automatically extend anyone's insurance to cover you.
The learner arrangement may have ended
A policy that covered you as a learner may not cover you once you have passed. The change from provisional to full licence can alter the risk and the policy terms.
never presume the owner's cover
The fact that your parent has comprehensive insurance does not mean any licensed driver can use the car. Check that you are named or otherwise specifically covered before driving.
Update the insurer promptly
If you were already listed on the policy as a learner, tell the insurer that you have passed and follow its instructions before using the car as a full-licence driver.
If you are moving from a parent's car to your own first car, compare the cost before choosing the vehicle; the difference between similar cars can be substantial.
